I had no problem with the service itself. The cost of replacing fluids seemed very high, however. Quality of service is a time related function. I assume it will be fine based on Findlay’s trained service technicians.

I’m not sure about the new way I was greeted at the service center. Having someone come out with a computer and taking down my problem is not the same as being inside discussing the problem. To much interference outside.
They don’t do markups on vehicles. That’s a bonus. But they make up for it in other areas. (Trade ins, added features, Interest rates) Still a 5 star rating though. Process is smooth and they go above and beyond when working with you. I waited months for my trd pro 4 runner and Beatrix kept me Informed and updated thru the process.
