My daughter and I had an excellent experience working with Beatrix at Findlay Toyota. Matt, my service writer, was very knowledgeable and kept me updated. Your best ambassador to Findlay Toyota is James at the snack center. Friendly efficient service. I could not ask for better. Recently my wife's Prius would not start. We had it towed to Findlay. Will Collier, our service consultant, provided excellent service and had the car repaired and returned to us in one day.
