Service Advisor E Plott (EP) took me into his workload at the spur-of-the-moment when my scheduled service advisor (A Bejar) called out for family emergency. EP fit me into his workload and got my service needs completed. I requested a "Green" Service with oil & filter change using motor oil I supplied, and installation of new PVC Valve and Ventilation Hose I, which I also supplied.
