When the sale is completed the customer is forgotten. ..On 5/6/24, I purchased a new Honda from Findlay. The experience was generally pleasant. I reside in another state so Findlay issued a temporary permit to allow the vehicle to be driven. I was told that the proper paperwork would be sent to the out of state vehicle department to allow me to register it. Danger/ warning, be aware of the Tolu finance manager! He is a bold-faced liar, a flimflam man! Tolu attempted to overcharge me $1600+ for a purchase. His fraudulence, cheating, non-transparent, and just plain dishonesty led me to the corporate office where I found resolve. Tolu has no virtues or integrity. He is a swindler and dishonest. Tolu and Hyprocusy are the same. CAUTION!!! DISAPPOINTED WITH FINDLAY HONDA, HENDERSON. Post this for others to see.
Be careful when buying the new car, get a mechanic with you, sell the faulty car with parts missing, with my experience
Approx 7 hour to take delivery on an incomplete car, car was not on the lot, dealer perp was not finished and must return to get it done. A couple of comments by the dealer that had me a bit confused. Was told car was in their “over flow” lot but did not have a “stock number” assigned to it, that doesn’t add up. Second, while setting up the service appointment to complete the dealer prep, over heard them saying the car came from Honda West, a different dealership. Seems suspicious to me.
Salesman was very pushy. Only concern how much he could get from us. He and his manager kept asking to run our credit. And when we pointed out the fact that one of the headlights was broken he kept brushing off with vague promises to get it fixed. They also Only cared about charging us for "special " dealer ad on package that we did not want. And refused to remove. They took the charge off Only because they wanted to close the deal. totally misled me and made me feel dumb for their mistake. They are awful I will never shop from here, and I will never buy Honda again.
Ended up paying over $46000 on a vehicle with an MSRP sticker of less than $35000. Original price was in excess of $48000. Some negotiation went down to $46992. If there was a buyers remorse law for vehicles in Nevada, I would have cancelled the deal and look for another vehicle. This is corporate greed to the fullest, don't know how you sleep at night.
Not very communicative during the process of pulling my credit 10 times only to tell me I was denied. Despite my six figure income and scores in the low 600s they could not help me, I went elsewhere and got approved the same day!
Just felt we were not taken seriously throughout the entire process even though we bought a 2024 CRV Hybrid with cash. The whole experience was uncomfortable and disappointing.
