Bait and switch! Agreed over phone on a test drive. I get there and they say no test drives on the car I'm interested in until "we agree on numbers first". Who sits down and goes through the financial portion before they even see the car??? I guess its a sellers market so they can just lie to people to get them in the door and someone will eventually put up with it. I wasted a hour of my time and gas and all I got was this lousy review!!!
Massive inconvenience, misleading about monthly price, as what I signed for was increased by 100$ the day after I left. When I called to inquire about this, finance department told me to talk to sales, sales to finance, manager to both, both to manager. I was asked to come back 3 days in a row to resign docs, and the finance loan was hard checked 7 times, when I have not bad credit and a cosigner, affecting my score. Hugely inconvenient. I took my car to be serviced for the third time, the service writer asked if I wanted my tires rotated but decided it didn’t need to be done since my service was prepaid. So I get my car back and before I even get 1 mile down the freeway my low tire sensor comes on, how off is that?
The pros & cons. Sales guy John D was professional and nice. No issues. The finance guy was a train wreck, new, slow, unorganized, misinformed, Very upsetting, we knew what we wanted & he would not listen to our finance bank preference, would not put the correct mailing address, warrantys not interested in, and this diagram on how a basic warranty works was condescending at best. The service performed on the car was on time to the minute as promised. I added an oil change to my service visit. I had it done my usual every six months. This was sticker shock, six months ago and for the past two years it was always $39.00. Now it was a whopping $66.00. When I mentioned it to the service sales rep. She just said.everything has gone up in price and blew me off.
Their sales department is fantastic. Aaron is amazing and they really did a great job. Their service department is the worst I have never been treated like such crap service was horrible and the quality of work was just as bad. Three hours to get an oil change and they didn’t even perform everything I requested.
I really had a bad experience buying from Honda Findlay at upon purchase of the vehicle the finance manager lied about this echbond warrantu service that they sell and having serviced ny these Honda was even worse experience . I brought my really nice like new Honda leather seat die to manufacturers cap defect for minor inperfection( cap wont close) and they had me leave my vehicle for days to get it fixed the day they were going to hand me back my vehicle expecting it was finally fixed. Very unsatisfied, brought the car n went back for a return, i was not satisfied, but all the manager said was sorry n can't return in Nevada, im still not driving that car n goi g to turn it in, this dealership didn't even try to help a customer, yah maybe some part was me n didn't kmow i couldn't return, no return policy, so watch out people make sure, and i went back the second day, after the car sat in my drive for a week i went to start it n the battery was dead,a red flag,im just waiting on my title n this car is GONE, ... read more
