Traded in 2 cars on 12/02/2024,$78000 is too much to pay for a 2025 CRV, 2 WHEEL DRIVE, BEWARE, of this dealer,will never set foot in this place again, ask for Maxx if you want get rip off, Honda of Centennial Hills.
Oil changes take too long (was there for two hours) & follow up notices about being a no show aren’t appreciated especially when you were there and paid in full for the service. The Honda customer service rep was very nice.
You must be a sharp-eyed buyer, but I think that probably applies to any car dealer, so this is probably just the status quo. That said, once I finally found a used car to buy, after we negotiated a price, the cost breakdown included a "Findlay Package" that cost--SUPRISE!--just as much as we negotiated down. I told them I wasn't paying it, and they said it's what it cost to tint the windows, so on and so forth before it was for sale. They had me go back 3 times to resign papers. Promised me a 6% interest rate when I left then when I came back had to resign for 8% interest rate. Not only that but they ran my credit so many times it went down 20+ points in just a week. They also promised me a detail and they just ran water over it. Things were sporadic, inconsistent and I didn’t feel like I mattered. The first time I bought a car was a little better at Honda than this second time. I’ve never had such a frustrating experience at a car dealership as I did at Findlay Honda. I had my own financing through my credit union, but they wouldn’t stop asking me for details about the loan, my Social Security number, and the interest rate. The finance manager got upset when I didn’t buy their expensive add-ons and even claimed my warranty would be void if I didn’t get oil changes done by them. Purchased a used vehicle here 08/02/2024 first day I received it, it died and went into (limp mode) brought in to get it fixed , they said it was fixed and it wasn't recurring issues kept coming back and it was dying. Fast track a month later it dies once again and I brought into Honda to get it fixed and all they can tell me was since I cleared the codes they couldn't do anything about it.
