I came in for a b 12 visit which should have cost $189 with my service contract according to Findley on the west side of town. Several extra operations were suggested without looking at my car which I agreed to thinking they would be covered by my contract. The man said he'd check my contract. My bill ended up being $530. Next time I'll just get the service and no extras unless, after servicing my car, they say they are necessary.

Was lied to about my tires being filled up to 36 psi as stated on my Honda paperwork and tires being rotated. Paid an extra $20 so that my tires could be filled up with air and rotated on top of a regular oil change. I found out they lied because my tire pressure light turned on shortly after leaving the Honda dealership. I PURCHASED MY ODYSSEY FROM HONDA GLADSTONE, NOW AN AUTO NATION DEALER IN GLADSTONE, OREGON IN 2006... I ALWAYS HAD IT SERVICED THERE UNTIL DAD DIED IN 2012 AND BROUGHT IT HERE, WHERE I LIVE... Traded in for a newer 2015 Honda Pilot on 09/19/2022. Wow! Nothing but bait & switch, hidden facts and lies! Received MULTIPLE emails showing vehicle pricing at $12,995. I paid over $1,500 more than that price. Parts missing, some STILL on backorder. CarFax "portion" shown DID NOT include the fact that in 2014 there was an accident THAT DISABLED vehicle and triggered air-bags. Came in for oil change and tire rotation with multipoint inspection. I asked specifically for the brake pad wear reading and to not wash my car. When I got the paperwork of course there was NO INFORMATION about the condition of the pads or even tire tread. It was a joke that they did a multipoint "inspection". Oh and of course my car was washed even though I asked for it to not be washed. Just a complete disregard for every single thing the customer asked for. You should know your "inspections" are a joke. I’ve been coming here since I bought my car in 2020 for oil changes. The price has doubled in the last two years. I know that inflation is a thing but it’s gone up from $45 to $80. The guy couldn’t give me a reason why I was paying $80 for an oil change yesterday. He just said “prices have changed.” Will definitely be buying the oil and doing it myself from now on. Ridiculous

Unorganized and very overpriced. First time using this particular dealership but I will not return. Recommended maintenance that was just completed 2 months ago at another Honda dealership.
