Hard pass on this place. Went elsewhere. all words, no actions. Very poor service and attention to detail. told me many things and they had zero follow through on each step.
do not buy from these people. . bought a 2011 Kia Sportage, had a hidden mechanical problem.. took it back , service dept looked at it and left it out for me to pick up saying I should fix the transmission.. contacted me again, their solution, upsale me to another car, double my payment.. customer service , what a joke
I have waiting for more than two months for my registration payment which was included in my purchase plan . Every time that I call or get there , they just ignore me . I’ve spoke with the supervisor and nothing happens .
I am extremely upset with the service department. They can't get their story straight and keep failing to inform customers that their system is down, making it impossible to provide service over the phone. I've been trying to resolve a "computer software" recall for over a month. Each time I call and make an appointment, I clearly explain the issue. Findlay Honda made a deal for a lease on a pilot for $357/ month. That was on Friday 6/21/24. Their computers had crashed but they told us that they would be up and running by Monday. Did the credit check, got approved. Monday comes along and we get there to pick up the car. They were actually washing the car and getting it ready for us. 3 hours later, they said they couldn’t sell it at that price after it was previously approved but the GM and finance. I love my new Honda Accord, but would never recommend this dealership. I had a great experience walking into the dealership, however things quickly went downhill once the deal was completed. They made multiple commitments that they failed to complete or to complete on time such as: failing to install the Findlay package, and failing to detail the car when they promised. This is the third time now that I have tried to get decent service at the fast service for an oil change and the service guys are jerks. I should not have to go to the big boss because they have horrible people that work in the fast lube. I have bought many cars from this dealership and now I think they have lost my business because of this. Seriously they have one of the worse customer service after they take your money after the purchase of your auto vehicle, how extremely disappointing that they completely disrepect by not responding to phone messages and email, never mnd picking up the phone when you call the main line. Jessica Johnson was my sales associate and i would not recommend my frinds to be referred to her, what an disappointing embarassment to their reputation, so nive upfront and then no response thereafter.
I went to Findley Honda on 6/3/24 late in the AM for an oil change and to put a sunblock strip on the windshield and back window. I expected to get an appointment but was told by the Service Advisor(SA) they could do it that day by 4PM. I said OK and agreed on the $287.08 price.
