This has been the worst car buying experience that I’ve ever had. The entire process has been terrible. Everything was rushed. During the financing process the only price that was discussed were my payments. When trying to ask more details I was brushed off. Questions ignored. Overall I've had a terrible experience here. The ONLY positive thing was my sales associate Gage who was great. It started off with me selling them my car. There was a miscommunication between Gage and the floor manager, and I was told my payments would be about $640. Then I get back to the financing and I'm notified of the miscommunication and payment increases. Okay, fine, I get it. I went in for oil change service and reattachment of strike plate on the underside of the car. When I drove the car, I noticed a knocking sound that was not there before. I took the car back in to be checked out and was told everything was fine, and if it keeps up to bring it back in on the next Monday. Buyer Beware! This dealership has absolutely NO integrity. We signed the paperwork to put a deposit down on a vehicle, though it was Saturday night, and no one was there to run the deposit. After another test drive on Sunday, we had an appointment at 4:30 p.m. Monday to finalize the deal. Came here and asking for a Honda civic. They sit me down and they start talking numbers. When I ask if I can see the car they told me they didn’t had any new Honda civics at that moment and they told me they all come with a dealer mark up. I got up and left.
I worked with Q and Tolu on getting a Civic Hatchback. They were both Nice and professional salsemen. On that note im not talking bad about them or the dealership but charging 43k for a Civic saying that wanting a touring is a Luxury car and that i have “Champagne Taste” doesnt make sense.
