"My 4 year service" Every thing went very smooth, Jeff Maris explained everything that had to be done, Scott Churchfield showed me a video of him working on my car. I even enjoyed the hot cup of Starbucks coffee.Everyone is always nice and friendly.

"Great Service!" I came in for a recall and a oil change, I was greeted quickly and didn't have to wait longer than I was quoted! This makes for a great experience!

"Service" Great job! Very friendly casual experience and also did appreciate that my dog Benjamin was welcome .... the car was washed and vacuumed out and the video taken was a nice touch ... thanks

"A Great Experience - So Friendly" I had such a positive experience purchasing my new car this past week at Capo VW. Curtis was very helpful and a wonderful salesman. Nick the Sales Manager was friendly, helpful and a true pleasure to work with. Chris handled the financial transaction and actually made this part pleasurable. "Over the top experience!" From the moment pulling in to the driveway and the porters directing me started the 5?? Service! Met with Arlen (who would be my service consultant) to Cory Goodman (Service Manager) who both greeted my wife & I. Listened to my concern (as I was on a road trip) assured me they would do their best to get a quick Diagnosis (and by a Senior Master Tech too!) and have a seat in the great waiting area and I’d hear back shortly. "Amazing Customer Service!" My car was up for service and it's difficult for me to find the time. I made an appointment, and they processed me quickly. Then they called me an Uber to take me back to work. They also sent another Uber to pick me to bring me back to get my car. Fred was really great. All in all, I've had a really good experience with this place.

"Great Experience in Service Department" I brought my car in for some recall work and an oil change and the whole process was very efficient. Fred in particular went above and beyond and even had someone install the license plate on the front of my car for me. Great service experience and I'll definitely be back.

"Excellent Service " From the moment I pulled up, till the time I left everyone was courteous and polite- Very professional. The service for my car was fully explained to me before they even started. I was offered a Uber to and from the dealer at no charge if I chose to not wait for my car. As always, a pleasant experience!
