"Accurate timing. Sloppy work." The actual service was done as planned. HOWEVER, there was significant oil spatter on the passenger side quarter panel as well as the valve cover in the engine compartment. Also, there were oily fingerprints on the driver's side door handle and the hood.

"Courteous, respectful, and quick efficient service " By the time I drove my car to the service department and the time it completed takes about an hour although it stated about 1.5 to 2 hours. It was well informed and updated to my mobile phone with video view of my vehicle check and what needed to service by the technician until the end. Waiting area is clean and quiet.

"Easy and efficient" Making my service appointment online was easy. Checking in was also easy and efficient. Brad was helpful. My car was finished ahead of schedule. The only hiccup was I was quoted for only part of my routine service when I called to confirm my appointment. The difference was about $250.00

"Consistently amazing" VW has been good to me. I always know my car will be taken care of and the service will be accurate and reasonably priced. It's the little things. Such as Fred Evans helping me by discussing deterring rodents from gnawing my wiring and the service tech, Matthew Stevens, must have noticed my driver seat adjuster popped off because there was a replacement part. Thank you, guys. You're the best.

"Great Service!" Have been taking our VW Bug here since we bought it new in North Carolina and brought it out to CA on a Flatbead back in April of 2017. We have had every service done since at Capo VW.

"Very Happy!" I saw a Jetta online that I wanted, drove down with a trade in and drove home in my Jetta without 6 hours of haggling. Best car buying experience!

"10,000 mile service" For the 10,000 mile service on my VW Atlas, everyone at the dealership was professional, friendly, and courteous. I highly recommend VW Capistrano. Thanks again!

"Arlen superb customer service " Vw Capistrano is where I purchased my Passat . It’s definitely out of the way for me to get an oil change, however I like the atmosphere here. The staff is courteous (#1 in my book), there is a lovely seating area with complimentary Starbucks and organic teas, and reasonably priced snacks if you wish to purchase. I waited for my car , it wasn’t too long, at the completion Arlen recommended some additional services I needed. No sales pressure to do it immediately that day. They sent me a video... read more
