"The service is simply the best around!" Our family has bought several cars over the years...and we keep coming back because the service is OUTSTANDING! They are professional, honest, knowledgeable, and treat us like family. The dealer ship is so clean , we love all the amenities like the beautiful upscale clean bathrooms, popcorn hot chocolate and coffee while we are visiting🏻😄 we love Capistrano Volkswagon.

"Easy to deal" Most of the deal was done by email before I went to the dealer with my daughter. After arriving, was greeted and a further deal was made. Everything took less than one hour. Very good people on staff.

"Total pros" We didn't purchase our CPO VW here but the service department has consistently gone above and beyond to make the car look and run great! I even priced the service performed against local repair shops and the prices are very competitive!

"Brad was great!" Unfortunately my car battery died much earlier than anticipated but Brad was helpful in assessing the situation and providing me with superior service. I would absolutely recommend this service center to colleagues and friends.

"Joey Robustelli, an outstanding sales consultant" Joey was a great help in the purchase of our Jetta SEL. His knowledge of the vehicle was extremely thorough, and he shared this with us in words that two non car experts could understand and appreciate. "Brad Johnson excellent professional very helpful. " Tiguan had serious issues. Used car MGR appraised the Tiguan at $625. Took the Tiguan to another dealer who appraised it at $2700. He was extremely slow at coming up with his appraisal pondering his computer screen in coming up his number. It really wasn’t that complicated.

"Wonderful " This was by far the best experience ever....! Richard made everything so fast and easy, almost to easy?! Lol..... everyone was very nice and super helpful, and I look forward to coming back and doing it all over again when my lease is up ??
