"Outstanding Customer Service and Transparent! " This dealership is OUTSTANDING! They offer integrity and transparency to everyone who walks through their doors. "Best Service" Setting up the appointment was easy and this is coming from someone that hates talking on the phone. I was informed of all the work that will be done on my car and the cost was upfront. This gave me a chance to shop around, but Capistrano was the best deal for what I was looking for. "40K mile service" Great service - there are a couple of great service employees - Arlen being one of them. Am disappointed they don't have loaner cars any more (other than the exception). Though I am a regular Uber user, this experience was less than ideal. Not to mention, a loaner car lets you still take care of business - go to work, run errands, etc. Please, please bring this service back!

"Fantastic experience" Buddy and Paul were great. There were able to really work with me when my car needed work. I decided to trade my car and lease a new 2019 Jetta. They were able to get me a car the next day which was a real life saver! Looking at going back to see the options for my husband!

"Purchasing Was Quick and Easy" Saw the vehicle we wanted in line. All vehicle details were noted in the add with the carfax. Called and said we would be right down. Our salesman Joey had the car waiting for us out front for our test drive. We decided to purchase the vehicle and we were in and out of the dealership with a no haggle and no pressure deal. Joey was friendly and honest. Chris in Finance was great too. Quick and easy. It’s my second purchase at Capo and I would definitely recommend it.

"Quick Process" Overall a great dealership. A lot of options while you wait for snacks and drinks. I worked with J. J. Davis in sales who was willing to help out in getting us the best deal on our new Tiguan. Paul in fiance was great to talk to and didn't BS, just directed us to what was important. No one likes to be stuck in a dealership all day, at least I don't, so I did appreciate getting in and out.
