"VW Atlas purchase" Local is new and clean. Salesman was knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell but gave options. Great experience overthere. The only gripe was it took longer than necessary getting the paper work done but this is common in most car dealerships.

"Great experience! " I was able to drive in mid-day and get my car fully serviced in the next few hours without making a previous appointment which I greatly appreciated. Everyone was very helpful and very friendly. I have a long history with Capistrano VW having bought a number of new cars there over the years and I always bring my car back here for service and have never been disappointed. Would highly recommend them!

"Quick, knowledgeable, and offers a great product." Great experience buying from Cap. VW. Love my SE Tiguan in habanero orange! Took my car on a ride trip to South Dakota first week I owned it. What an all around amazing driving experience- heavy weather, no problem, passing long lines of cars on two lane highways, no problem. Love this car- android play navigation system excellent with sharp, clear screen resolution. Hands down this is the best smaller SUV on the market. Andrea

"Had a few buttons replaced" Fred helped me and was thoughtful, helpful, and very enjoyable to work with. The head of service then helped me and did work quickly and with a great attitude and a clean car to boot! Love this dealership!

Overall time for purchase (pre-check documentation): 3hr (est) from arrival to departure. 2019 Tiguan (best trade off in competitive set).

"Great customer service " Fred my service asked if I would be leaving my car for service, and I said no, I was going to wait. He warned me that it might be 2-3 hours as there were appts ahead of me. I told him I was aware it might be that long, I was told that when I scheduled the appt. My car was ready in less than 1 hour! I love Capo VW, your customer service is fantastic!
