"In and Out service center" Drop my car for Service was easy and less wait time compared to last time. Fred was thorough and accommodative. Delivery of my belove Tiguan after service was sooner than expected.

"So easy to get the car I wanted!!" The team here is unlike any other. I went to a couple dealerships before this one and the sales people were very pushy and made me feel uncomfortable as a first time buyer. The guys at Capo VW made the process so easy and didn't push at all. Richard was amazing and helped so much to make the process go smoothly and get me into the exact car I wanted. "Great time " I decided to just hang out and wait for my car to have its 20,000 mile service and oil change. I planned my time so I could watch The Price is Right while waiting. Made myself some coffee. And by the time the show was done, my car was ready! Arlene (??) was fabulous and friendly. I enjoyed the little TV area, and thought it had a nice amount of privacy. Couch wasn’t that comfortable but wasn’t terrible. And I enjoyed the creativity of the street sign table.

"Always Helpful" I bought my first brand new car through this dealership and they had the best price I found for the particular vehicle I was looking to buy. I have had a few kinks to work out with this vehicle over the time that I have put 40,000 miles on it. There is a VW dealer and service center within 2 miles of our house but my husband and I prefer Capo VW and are willing to drive 31 miles for their superior service! They have found and fixed every problem and have always rented us a comparable vehicle.

"Quick, efficient and courteous" This was my first experience with the Service Department since I purchased my new 2018 Passat from the dealer last year for my daughter. It was no problem to schedule and they were courteous and prompt with the service. They kept me informed throughout the service and notified me promptly when they were completed. Great first experience.

"Purchased lease vehicle" Mike is awesome he made things easy. I’m not happy with the loan, the APR is well above what I could have gotten if I’d made the effort, but Mike helped me resolve this so I could stop stressing over it.

"Perfect experience" This our 3rd purchase from this dealership. We continue to comeback because the customer service and sales process are both awesome. We asked for Joey first as he sold us our last car but he was not in. So, we were introduced to Buddy and he was just as great and personable as Joey. We always leave there saying "that was the easiest car purchases ever!" It doesn't take all day and everyone there is so very nice and helpful. This is the best dealership!
