"Pretty darn good this time " It’s was good experience with Fred this time. I have been there for all my service visits this by far was the best. I think the dealership should really take a look at there service department. Like I said I have been there since I bought my car every service has been done at Capistrano VW I’m at 52,000 mi. "Terrific" This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Capo VW and we have been happy with the sales experience on both occasions. Buddy Holguin did an outstanding job making sure we understood the features of the 2015 ML350, even though it is not a VW product. "Thumbs up for Mike for his awesome customer service!" Michael Sieber reached out to us doing a personalise video of a Tiguan R-Line we really liked and he came to the dealership on his day off to let us drive it. Our experience with Capistrano VW was very good from beginning to end thanks to Michael who guided us through the process of leasing a car. We are so happy with our purchase :)

"Always great service" Everyone at Capo VW is always so nice. I really appreciated that someone was there Sunday afternoon to help me check my car into the night drop box. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name. Jorge Babiczuk is the best mechanic around. Honest and helpful in explaining what is going on with our car. The video he sends during his review of our car is extremely helpful. We usually have Brad check us in but this visit we had Arlen. It was an easy check out. Thank you Capo VW!!!

"First visit, but not the last" This was my first visit to Capo VW's service department. I was greeted by friendly service personnel who wanted to know my concerns and made sure I was comfortable with their recommendations. I met 3 separate service folks as well as the service department director. All were extremely helpful and acted like they wanted me there because I was important to them. I will make sure I continue to take my service needs to this dealer.

"Professional and Personable " My company chose VW for our current lease plan vehicles and I decided to look at VW for my personal car as well.
