"Reliable, fast and no pushy oversells" Had a great experience. They were fast, communication was incredible and they did not try oversell me. Highly recommend taking your car to these guys for a professional experience!

"Excellent customer service " Excellent customer service. Although is was surprised that tire rotation was not part of the prepaid service. The price was fair though. Would come back for service.

"Best people and dealer around" I purchased my 2019 VW at Capistrano VW in July 2018. I chose them because I didn't get the runaround and BS that you get from other dealers. Everyone is so professional and you know that they appreciate your business. You always get excellence service and a video explaining what they have done. "Painless." During my first 18 months of ownership, I've made three visits to Capo VW service, two of which were unscheduled due to separate problems with the radio head unit, which was ultimately replaced under warranty - and here's the important part - I just realized that at no time did I find myself becoming impatient or irritated with the process or any of the dealership personnel. "Capo VW" Took my Passat in yesterday for 50,000 Mile service. Worked w Jeff Maris in service. The best!! Efficient, reasonable and thorough. Sent me video of service and issues they found. So easy to deal with.

"We known as the family with all those VWs" I have purchased four cars from Capo VW and have serviced five of them over the past 15 years. Admittedly, it took time to built up trust but now I sense they try extra hard to get the repairs covered under warranty. I feel they are trying hard to get me lowest possible invoice.
