"Friendly, fast, professional." I called and spoke with Brad regarding some squeaky breaks on our Jetta. He said to bring it in the net morning and they would be happy to take a look and also took the time to explain Volkswagens breaks and their make up which sometimes causes the squeaking. I brought the car in, Jeff and Brad helped, inspected the breaks, took care of the issue and I was on my way. Great, quick and professional friendly service.
