"Helpful Parts Department and Service" Eric in the the parts department was so helpful in finding us racks in time for a ski trip last winter. He went above and beyond with getting us the latest part and the best price with a rebate too. He seemed genuinely concerned that we installed it correctly and offered some advice and even took the parts out to show us. Service here is always reliable and efficient. I am happy to own my first Volkswagen and to use Capistrano Voltz! Thanks!

"Buddy was so friendly and inviting right from the get go...." Buddy was so friendly and inviting right from the get go. The dealership had great safety measures in place and had already pulled two cars for us to test drive when we got there. After the test drive Buddy was extremely easy to work with and got me exactly what I was looking for. I highly suggest paying him a visit if you are in the market for a new VW!
