"Horrible service. I order 4 generic ignition coils that set off my check engine light. I then ordered OEM ignition coils to replace them. I was told I would recieve the parts Tuesday. When it arrived on Thursday, I only received one coil. I contacted customer service and after 20 minutes on the phone they agreed to send the other 3 coils 2 day shipping. "I had a terrible experience with Buy Auto Parts.com. I would NEVER shop online there again! Their return policy is horrendous. I bought a part and it was the wrong part and they wouldn't return it without a huge charge. They charged $85.25 return charges on a $350 order. After paying for the return shipping and the return charges it ended up being $100 to return the parts they sent me that were wrong. They wouldn't budge on the fees. Absolutely a THEFT! "
"I will never use buy auto parts again. Their store brand is not OEM quality although they would have you believe that it is.I installed the part and it didn't work. I bought one from the vw dealer that did work. They say because it was installed they can only send me a replacement that I don't need, that probably doesn't work. "

"Buy Auto Parts, I checked with my local dealer in Saudi Arabia for some front hubs for my 2001 Ford Expedition, and they quoted me a price of 4400 Saudi Riyals ($1173), and said they needed 3 weeks to get them. I checked online and found Buy Auto Parts. For a total of $290, I had both hubs and the shipping to Saudi Arabia, less than 25% of what the thieving dealer wanted. "Ordered a steering rack and power steering pump for a 2002 Honda Accord. The rack was fine. The pump was defective. Had to get a new pump from the dealer because I could not wait for a replacement shipped. BAP was great! They sent me a shipping label and agreed to refund the cost of the pump. "
