"I returned ac hoses because they did not fit my car but had to pay a 15% restocking fee. The parts are guaranteed to fit but if not, it will cost you 15%. To get return shipping paid, I was required to submit a 5 star review."

"DO NOT BUY FROM buyautoparts.com!! I ordered a compressor for a Honda Odyssey and received a part that would not fit on my vehicle. The wiring harness wouldn't fit, there were 2 wires going into the harness instead of just 1 from the factory, and the top mounting bracket was at the wrong angle which would have caused the hoses to bind. I called buyautoparts.com and they said they would not pay for return shipping. I had to pay $25 to ship the part back to them and then they charged me $48.50 restocking fee. "New a/c compressor for a Sable, it came as advertised with seals, oil, accumulator hose and orifice tube. The peace of mind of getting a NEW compressor and clutch at a slightly higher price then a reman is priceless. It arrived when promised, and the only thing that would have been better is if they included someone in the box to install it for me! I will check with them on any future parts purchases. John T"

"What a great company. I was able to speak to a live representative to place my order and discuss the parts needed. I later found out that the air conditioning system was misdiagnosed and I needed nothing but a fuse. Buy Auto refunded my purchase even though it was passed the 30 day grace period. This is a company you should work with if you are buying auto parts. "
