"Completely 100% satisfied!!!! Perfect fit. Took my 2005 Land Rover Freelander to a local shop for repair. $120 for a diagnostic, and $300 to change the spark plugs. 300 sounds like a lot I know, but if you have ever tried to pull the back plugs on a Free lander you would have paid it too. "DO NOT BUY FROM Buyautoparts.com. I purchased an A/C compressor for my 96 Acura RL. I had it installed with the a new drier. I have had this compressor for less than 30 days. When I contacted Buyautoparts I was told to get a pressure reading. This is ridiculous. After taking off work to get a pressure reading the auto shop indicated that it is the clutch on the compressor, just let them know. I have receipts for all installed parts as well as an invoice for the work done on the car. They do not want to honor their warranty.... read more

"I ordered a radiator from buy auto parts after I placed the order I didn't get a ups tracking number so I emailed them and they quickly responded with the info I requested and the radiator was shipped to my house quickly. On may 9th I received the radiator opened the box and saw the side rail was dented, I took pictures and emailed them to buy auto parts and filed a claim with ups as well it is now may 17th and have not heard anything from either party and my truck still has no radiator and Im another week with a rental car... read more
