"I bought a very expensive turbo for my nice german car that was defective from BUYAUTOPARTS.COM . The part was professionally installed per the requirements of warranty of this company. After the part was proven faulty and verified through my shop buyautoparts said, ''Sure we'll replace it for you but you're stuck with the professional install/labor charges on this for the second time, sorry the part we sold you was broken thanks for shopping." "Easiest return ever and with no fees"
"Bought an complete A/C repair kit for my Chevrolet suburban and paid a certified mechanic to install it. The compressor literally blew a gasket exactly 1 year after purchasing it (less than a year of it being installed). The plug blew out and decompressed everything in it. Called Buy.auto warranty department and spoke with Bil and he wouldn't even entertain talking to me about it because it was beyond the year (by 2 weeks). "My local shop wanted to charge me $489 for a powering steering pump for my 2006 BMW X5 3.0. I thought that was high so I called Buy Auto Parts. I got the pump for $165 and also save $129 on the pressure hose. Overnighted in both and still saved almost $500!"
