"Their parts failed to work TWICE!!!! then they blamed me for poor installation! despite the fact that when the OE part was reinstalled everything worked perfectly, the only reason I was changing the drive shaft was because the u joint was starting to wear... have to stick it out and buy another one somewhere else... horrible service. Funny thing they answered the phone within a couple minutes until I complained now im on hold for 20 min and counting... "

"This online store has competitive prices for parts. The turbo we needed was a lot cheaper. The warranty was very good. They handle everything with the warranty and give a pre-paid label to return the defective part with UPS. The warranty given is long enough to safely cover your purchase. The sale agents are courteous and trying hard to help you with what you need or solve a problem. "I contacted BuyAutoParts.com to purchase a speed sensor for a 1997 Jetta GLX 5 speed transmission. The picture didn't resemble the part in the car so I contacted the company to determine fitness. They assured me it was the correct one so I ordered it. When I received it I noticed it was a clamp on style peculiar to a Volkswagen Cabriolet and not a screw in which was peculiar to my Jetta GLX.
