"After ordering a turbo online I was told that I needed to call to place the order. Whats the point of the website then? After receiving the part I noticed that it was remanufactured incorrectly. The cartridge was bolted in the wrong position causing the oil lines to be in the wrong spot. I was in a time crunch so I was forced to put my old turbo back in. "I ordered parts online and I was sure they were the right parts. Now with my car apart I have the wrong control arms with my car apart and no money. I was on hold for 20 minutes had to call back twice. And on the phone now it's my fault that they are the wrong parts. Now they are telling me I'm not getting all my money back and that I can't get my refund until I send the parts back. This is insane. I would never order from this place again. "I ordered a exhaustsystem for my car, and waited nearly 2 weeks, and when I asked what´s happened with it they told me that something hade gone wrong and it was still in the warehouse. I told them that I wante´d the system as soon as possible, and I´m surprised that it was shipped out the same day and a couple of days later it was in Germany for transport to me in Sweden. We guarantee that it will be the right part! The man asked me if I wanted heavy duty and I said yes. Get the shocks on and the don't lift the car off the tires. Called them and told them.
