"Worst company I've ever dealt with! Horrible customer service, didn't receive a tracking number, got address wrong, got hung up on twice.refused to cancel order and return my money And to top it all off almost 2 weeks to ship when I was promised 3-5. Maybe I'll actually receive a part I needed yesterday . Go somewhere else, trust me."

"The site was very easy to navigate, the re-manufactured steering pump appeared like new and was delivered prior to the expected delivery date. Ledel was extremely helpful for setting up the return of my old pump for a core refund."
