After typing in my name correctly the first time it said it was wrong. Couldnt click the continue option. To much ignorance
I have called this company and been on hold for a total of 4 hours in the past week. I am currently in the 30th minute of the live chat...this place is a joke. Their customer services is terrible everyone I have spoken to in the past week has been rude or nonchalant and I STILL DO NOT KNOW WHERE MY PART IS! Noone has been able to help me. If you chose to order from them I wish you well but thus far my experience has been DEPLORABLE.

Called yesterday and actually got a helpful salesman who stirred me to verifying information from the dealership before ordering the part. Had to wait a bit to get a live person on each cal to BAP.. Called again today to firm up the order. Waited quite awhile for someone, person does wait for complete question, goes off the line, wait an eternity for him to come back and his response did not instill confidence. I was going to try to call back, then decided to just order the part based upon the Web info, hoping for the best.
