Worst service department ever. Every time we bring our vehicles there we get them back with more problems then when we dropped them off. I would not recommend there Service Department to anyone and will be telling everyone that I know that owns a Chevy to stay away from them and go somewhere else for Service on there Chevy. Won't let me post with out a star so I have to give one star but if it was up to me Antelope Valley Chevrolet would not get one single star because they are so bad!
Typically I enjoy every experience I have at this dealerships service department, but today wasn't so great. They tried to charge me $25 to patch a nail in my tire. I almost walked out with paying, but then I got so pissed that I had to say something. I was refunded the $25 thank you, maybe because I got pissed or because I bought my tires their. I would think a dealership should offer that service free to customers that 1. Buy their tires there and 2. Who have loyalty to the dealership. I have loyalty and trust the service... read more
