Dear Lou, I began as a customer with my 1998, Saturn SL. I have been a faithful customer, bringing my car exclusively for service to AV Saturn, and then purchasing my new car at the time, a 2006 Saturn Vue. I have always valued your service department working with both Elmer and Carl over the years. Worst service department ever. Every time we bring our vehicles there we get them back with more problems then when we dropped them off. I would not recommend there Service Department to anyone and will be telling everyone that I know that owns a Chevy to stay away from them and go somewhere else for Service on there Chevy. Won't let me post with out a star so I have to give one star but if it was up to me Antelope Valley Chevrolet would not get one single star because they are so bad!

Typically I enjoy every experience I have at this dealerships service department, but today wasn't so great. They tried to charge me $25 to patch a nail in my tire. I almost walked out with paying, but then I got so pissed that I had to say something. I was refunded the $25 thank you, maybe because I got pissed or because I bought my tires their. I would think a dealership should offer that service free to customers that 1. Buy their tires there and 2. Who have loyalty to the dealership. I have loyalty and trust the service... read more
