Bad we arrived before 3pm and they were not able to accomodate us. Said they had no more room. Promise we would get a refund that they would inform booking.com, almost a month later and no refund. Worse Customer service on both sides booking.com and madison Motel. Today 9/23/24 I called again and they keep blaming each other. One states we were a no show and the side states the refund was denied because of a late check in. Left messages for a manager to reach out and no one has called. Reservation # 4842.427.173

Hello Claudia, The name on the reservation did not match the ID of the person trying to check in. We asked that you change the name on the reservation to match the ID on the booking.com website, but unfortunately, that was not done, so you were classified as a no-show. Since there was no follow-through on your end.

Poor The bed was awful, no chairs in room, very noisy,

Will not book here again Can hear everything in room next door, sounds like they were trying to bust into my room Convenient to boardwalk

Fair Could've been cleaner, rooms are really small, and the building we were in had a very tight alley way to turn into to get to parking. Location is a 2 minute walk to the boardwalk main entrance & it was affordable

Never again Upon arrival, our bathroom sink was broken and leaked ALL OVER our towels, so we called the office, and it was fixed promptly. Not the cleanest place and the bed was uncomfortable. Motel uses Dish tv service which sucks IMO. Also needed to depart a day earlier if possible, but was told by their International staff at front desk that they do not refund so Unfortunately we did stay as I didn't was to lose the money. Not very happy about it We asked for towels and wash cloths and never got them.The Gentleman behind the desk wasn't very social.He acted grouchy we don't think we'll stay there anymore. There was no breakfast

Average Tried to double charge me after I had already paid through booking. Com Location

All in all it wasn’t a bad place to stay Noise comin from 7-11 when doin a delivery an rooms could have been bigger Close to boardwalk

Disappointing There was a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain and an old receipt on the floor by the one bed so you know room was not thoroughly cleaned and duct tape on the floor outside the bathroom. Floor sunk in like may have had bathroom flood and damage floor. No parking spots available even though paid extra for one. Love the location
