Our realtor gave us a list of names to call and check on rates and fees. The first call we made happened to be to Frank Coto III's Lincoln Lending group. We called two others from different offices for quotes and though they were also very helpful, but the Lincoln Lending team was eager to help answer all our questions and get to know exactly what we were looking for in a loan. Lincoln Lending Group was great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a lender! I spoke with multiple people within the company throughout the process and received the same great customer service from each person. They were understanding and very helpful. I was a first time home buyer and this process can become overwhelming but they helped me with everything they could and reassured me that it would be okay and well worth it in the end. The loan process with Frank and Lincoln Lending Group was simple, fast and completely professional. I needed to interact with several people on the team and each person was courteous and showed patience with my many questions throughout the process. I usually don't write reviews for any products or services, but for the service I received from Frank I had to take my time and thank him for the best customer service i received in my life, all his team are Helpful, Knowledgeable they truly professional and know how to get the loan done. Frank went out of his way to explain to me and my husband the home buying process! I highly recommend Frank Coto and the Lincoln Lending team! If you want a lender that will go out of his way for you choose Frank!

Frank was extremely attentive and helpful during my home buying process. I was 9 months pregnant when we were able to close on our home and Frank actually promised me that if I went into labor on the day of the close, he would send a notary to the hospital (if I would like) and personally take care of the cost for me. Well, he made good on his word. I ended up giving birth and closing on my first home on the same day! Needless to say, it was a very exciting day for my fiancée and I.
