Frank Coto and his entire staff with Lincoln Lending were INCREDIBLE throughout the ENTIRE loan process. As a first time home buyer, Frank and his staff walked my Wife and I by the hand and guided us through the entire process. In addition to that, Frank and his entire team will do what it takes to help you close on your home. His entire team are accountable, prompt, and have incredible integrity. I would recommend ANYONE to Lincoln Lending! They are FIRST CLASS from start to finish!

Lincoln Lending was recommended to me. Everyone, and I mean everyone was very knowledgeable and worked hard, they were also understanding as I was a first-time home buyer. The experience was fantastic as I am from another state. I closed one week early with them, start to finish was three weeks. Don't hesitate to work with them.

This company is an awesome loan company. They basicly held my hand through the whole process. If I didn't underatand something I just sent an e mail, text message or called and my question was answered right away. They truely had my best intrest and satisfaction at heart. I even contacted them on the weekend and after hiurs and got an answer right away. Our realtor gave us a list of names to call and check on rates and fees. The first call we made happened to be to Frank Coto III's Lincoln Lending group. We called two others from different offices for quotes and though they were also very helpful, but the Lincoln Lending team was eager to help answer all our questions and get to know exactly what we were looking for in a loan. Lincoln Lending Group was great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a lender! I spoke with multiple people within the company throughout the process and received the same great customer service from each person. They were understanding and very helpful. I was a first time home buyer and this process can become overwhelming but they helped me with everything they could and reassured me that it would be okay and well worth it in the end.
