Frank & team, especially Heather went above & beyond. They honestly made the impossible a reality. Our 1st lender gave up right when we were in desperate circumstances where we needed to move ASAP. We closed in 3 weeks; it took a lot of work from the lending team to get everything approved and ready in such short period. They came thru for me. Also the closing agent told me how great was my rate specially without fees.
