Loan process was made easy. I was always treated with respect. It was a war finding a home but lender was always there helping and made it easy without getting frustrated. I will always be grateful that I made a dream of mine come true with my purchase of a Florida home.

I chose to refinance my home since rates were looking good. Since Frank Coto and Jeff Sebring found the lowest rate possible for me I decided to give them a try. I have truly enjoyed and appreciated all of the hard work that Lincoln Lending group did for my husband and I to help us get our new house! They went well above and beyond the call of duty to help ensure we get approval and were able to close quickly. Any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly. As a first-time home buyer, I am so appreciative of Frank's "can do" attitude. He allowed me to search for homes without boundaries, stay within an affordable range, and forge ahead with assurance. In finding a Fannie Mae foreclosure, all was approved, in place and ready to close. If you want to feel special then you need to go with Lincoln Lend. The best words I can come up with to describe my experience is concierge service. They made me feel like I was their only client even though that is not true. Even on holidays and weekends I got responses from Jeff Sebring who I worked with. Then Heather Matos didn't let anything slip by as the processor. This was just the best experience for my family.

I dealt with Lincoln Lending for six months while waiting to close on a short sale. They were totally responsive to my needs throughout the entire process. I felt as if my closing had top priority and I had access to anyone I needed to talk to. This was a new experience being from New York and buying a property in Florida. Lincoln Lending guided me every step of the way. I highly recommend Frank Coto and all employees I had the pleasure of working with.
