If you want to feel special then you need to go with Lincoln Lend. The best words I can come up with to describe my experience is concierge service. They made me feel like I was their only client even though that is not true. Even on holidays and weekends I got responses from Jeff Sebring who I worked with. Then Heather Matos didn't let anything slip by as the processor. This was just the best experience for my family.

I dealt with Lincoln Lending for six months while waiting to close on a short sale. They were totally responsive to my needs throughout the entire process. I felt as if my closing had top priority and I had access to anyone I needed to talk to. This was a new experience being from New York and buying a property in Florida. Lincoln Lending guided me every step of the way. I highly recommend Frank Coto and all employees I had the pleasure of working with.

Lincoln Lending is so helpful!!! Heather is the best, she was patient and helpful through the entire process! Seller didn't have a realtor, and they really helped me understand everything every step of the way!And they saved me money with the finance!!!Thank you ! Thank you!

When purchasing my new home, I figured I'd go with the major bank I already have one mortgage with. They were very helpful during the prequalification period, but fell so short of any of my expectations as soon as we placed an offer on a place. With a large bank, you get assigned a loan officer and only he or she can access your loan. I used Lincoln Lending for my recent home loan. Frank's team was always professional and friendly. They always got back to me right away, helped me understand the process, and got me the loan I was looking for. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I really appreciated all their hard work.

Frank and his team were very professional and helped me every step of the way. I highly recommend him. He was easily reached by phone and kept me in the loop and explained things to me that I did not understand. I had other choices to go to but he was by far the most knowledgeable and followed up with me right from the start. I honestly have no regrets about going with his company

Professional business, all numbers were disclosed and true to final HUD. The processors were timely with their requests and communicated well. The owner Frank will call you personally to discuss any issues or questions you may have before you close.
