VERY easy to work with, and bent backwards to simplify matters. That should suffice as far as a recommendation or evaluation. I do NOT need 150 to 5000 to say the people at Lincoln Lending group (especially Kathryn Kramer) were absolutely terrific.

No doubt about it, using this lending group for the second time was even better than the first time years ago and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. A billion thank you’s to Frank and his team. Usually I wouldn’t expect that from the owner, but was extremely easy to work with. I was always comfortable throughout the should-be stressful process. Not to mention they offered the most competitive bids. I would highly recommend Lincoln Lending Group to any and everyone.
