The loan process with Frank and Lincoln Lending Group was simple, fast and completely professional. I needed to interact with several people on the team and each person was courteous and showed patience with my many questions throughout the process. I usually don't write reviews for any products or services, but for the service I received from Frank I had to take my time and thank him for the best customer service i received in my life, all his team are Helpful, Knowledgeable they truly professional and know how to get the loan done. Thank you so much for all your help and hard work along the way to the closing table. you earned it because you deserve the best.

Frank went out of his way to explain to me and my husband the home buying process! I highly recommend Frank Coto and the Lincoln Lending team! If you want a lender that will go out of his way for you choose Frank!

Frank was extremely attentive and helpful during my home buying process. I was 9 months pregnant when we were able to close on our home and Frank actually promised me that if I went into labor on the day of the close, he would send a notary to the hospital (if I would like) and personally take care of the cost for me. I was referred to Jeff and Frank by my agent and could not be happier. They offered the lowest rates and fees of any other lender I shopped for including online lenders and big banks. They are very very responsive at answering phone calls, emails or texts around the clock, which is service you wouldn't get anywhere else. They made the lending process a breeze and I did not feel burdened with the amount of documentation they requested. I will definitely do business with them again in the future.

Lincoln lending was able to get us a lower rate and lower cost than any other bank and we applied at over 10 institutions. Their communication was superior to any other experience we have ever had. The entire staff was attentive and was aware of our loan at all times. I have already recommended them multiple times and I will never use any other lender.

They stopped caring as soon as they got the business. Communication became inconvenience for them when we had questions about the loan. The scheduled a closing date of May 11th without our consent while our original closing date was May 22nd. They had locked in the lower rate for 45 days just to get the business but never informed us. Extremely disappointed.
