Kris is amazing! She is on spot with everything! Had no clue what I was doing and she walked me hand in hand through the whole entire process! She was available every single time I had a question and she was never made me feel like i was a bother, she made me feel very comfortable and was so helpful! Kris was always ontop of everything. Kris made sure that I was continously kept up to date on the progress and process of the loan,I was kept me up to speed on every step Kris did an excellent job I highly recomend her.

Kris pulled together a pre-qual letter in a few hours to submit to the seller - it sealed the deal in the fast-paced Florida real estate market. Kris found an excellent rate which fit in our budget. She pushed the process from the beginning to end to get clear to close 11 days before the close date, not at the 11th hour which we have experienced on many other loans in the past.
All I have to say is that Kris and her team made this home purchase seem effortless! All questions were responded to quickly and made easier through e-mailing. I would definitely use this company if I ever had a need to purchase a home again!
