Kris is great to work with. As a Realtor I find lender communication very important and Kris was there every time she was needed. Day, night, weekends she was able to answer a call, text or email. And if she didn't have the answer then, she got it first thing in the morning. She was able to get the loan done with no problems and no delays.

Frank, Jeff, Heather & Bill all worked tremendously to get us to the closing table. Communication was great and we closed 4 days early!! I would recommend Lincoln Lending to anyone that is wanting to buy a home or refinance.

VERY easy to work with, and bent backwards to simplify matters. That should suffice as far as a recommendation or evaluation. I do NOT need 150 to 5000 to say the people at Lincoln Lending group (especially Kathryn Kramer) were absolutely terrific.
