Lincoln lending was able to get us a lower rate and lower cost than any other bank and we applied at over 10 institutions. Their communication was superior to any other experience we have ever had. The entire staff was attentive and was aware of our loan at all times. I have already recommended them multiple times and I will never use any other lender.

They stopped caring as soon as they got the business. Communication became inconvenience for them when we had questions about the loan. The scheduled a closing date of May 11th without our consent while our original closing date was May 22nd. They had locked in the lower rate for 45 days just to get the business but never informed us. Extremely disappointed. I met Frank through a mutual friend. Explained my needs to trade long term interest rates on a home mortgage to replace short term rates on commercial loans. He and his team jumped on it. His people are great. Mortgages are mortgages you see them offered with teaser rates everywhere.
