I met Frank through a mutual friend. Explained my needs to trade long term interest rates on a home mortgage to replace short term rates on commercial loans. He and his team jumped on it. His people are great. Mortgages are mortgages you see them offered with teaser rates everywhere. His team found a great rate immediately, on a 10 year fixed rate loan; easy to upload documents securely through his web site, constant communication throughout. People make him shine...

We were planning on purchasing a home and had been to various banks. All seemed to be bothered with our inquiry. Shortly afterwards we received a flyer and we decided to give them a try. We applied online on a Friday and first thing Monday we had generous pre-approval. The hardest part was finding the right house. Once we did it was all smooth sailing. We got an FHA loan which typically takes minimum 30 days to close. Our loan closed 4 days prior to the 30 day mark. Frank and his team are very knowledgeable and professional.... read more
