Disappointing
Would never return The rooms were dirty. Floors made our feet black! Floors had holes! Toilet backed up! Bathroom sink backed up! Dishes in cabinets were dirty! Coffee pot was broken! Told staff about our floors being filthy and waited over an hour for someone to come and all they did was a very quick sweep with a broom and dust pan! Pool had a layer of slime! Smelled like weed all the time! How close to the beach it was. Nothing else was good at all!
Poor Balcony door wouldn't stay shut i had to put the coffee table in front of it room smelled like mildew someone threw up at the pool or wasn't cleaned for hours after Close to beach
Me and my daughter spent good time together which was well worth it. The room was not very clean except for the beds. There was sand on the floor and when we asked for the staff to mop the floor they just swept it. No lifeguard or security. Some parents at the pool didn't tend to the actions of their kids and one unit had kids that were throwing stones at several balconies. Could hear loud people next door. Very Poor
Has great potential but things are falling apart and not working The blow dryer didn’t work. Our balcony door wouldn’t close. There was NO WiFi at all on the third floor. TV was trying to get WiFi signal so no tv. Pool was dirty, in part because the hose area to get sand off your feet was not working. I love the location and it has a fridge and stove

Bad There was a cockroach in my room on the cointer by the coffee machine. I took a pic and video of it. We saw it when we were packing up to leave. We killed it and when i wen to checkput i told the thw girl ayt he front desk abouy it and all she said was "sorry for the cockroach." Girls at the front desk had attitudes. I had a baby in there and a child with cancer in that room. They didn't offer me anything to makeup for the fact they have cockroaches.
