Very Poor
Has great potential but things are falling apart and not working The blow dryer didn’t work. Our balcony door wouldn’t close. There was NO WiFi at all on the third floor. TV was trying to get WiFi signal so no tv. Pool was dirty, in part because the hose area to get sand off your feet was not working. I love the location and it has a fridge and stove

Bad There was a cockroach in my room on the cointer by the coffee machine. I took a pic and video of it. We saw it when we were packing up to leave. We killed it and when i wen to checkput i told the thw girl ayt he front desk abouy it and all she said was "sorry for the cockroach." Girls at the front desk had attitudes. I had a baby in there and a child with cancer in that room. They didn't offer me anything to makeup for the fact they have cockroaches. Wouldn’t stay again Garbage in parking lot, smells like weed, pillows thin and uncomfortable, dirty walls in room Location

Decent staff two of them stood out younger guys. Super nice and respectful.. the women I could not say thst much very up When we came in. The room was not cleaned well at all. There was sand all in the creases of the mattresses. There also were stained pillows under pillow cases as well as stains on the side of mattresses that looked like blood or rust. Bad Rude staff, partying kids using weed and drinking and loud, when went to front desk the gal rolled her eyes at me. Never again.the amount we paid was not worth all the hassle of not getting any rest.NO ONE EVEN CALLED ME WHEN REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO MANAGEMENT.
