Over all it was okay. Clean enough, nice area. The staff was nice. The pool was still open but sa The floor felt sandy when we go there. The door connecting to the room next door had a large gap at the bottom. Somone could look in. And we could hear their TV really well. I liked the location.

Never again The steps are awful!!! Very steep and unsafe for carrying luggage and kids walking up and down. The beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom was small. The kitchen didn't have enough counter space to prepaid meals . Also the stove was difficult to use considering the numbers on the heat dial were rubbed off. Staff was friendly. Very close to beach. The room was clean timely when asked for service .

I would stay here again if there was reassurance that the bug issue was addressed. There was a roach issue in 1 of the 3 rooms that we had for the 2 nights we were there. We had 3 rooms reserved and both of the top floor rooms were great even tho the bathrooms were outdated. The bottom floor had a nice updated bathroom but there were a few roaches in that room so we moved in the middle of the night once we realized the room had a bug problem. Convenient location. Oc regular Steps to 3rd floor were hard to climb. Charged for parking when in off season i could have parked on the street for free. Cable only had a few channels just basic Clean ,close to beach
Overall good Some of the workers were rude inconsiderate and not helpful I come every year and love the whole atmosphere of the place… this year though some of the new workers were not pleasant.

Will not be back! Walkways cluttered when cleaning rooms with garbage and dirty linens. Air conditioners dripped buckets underneath in walkways. Paid for early check in had to move room due to uncleanliness and then when moved was locked out room needed new door knob so early check in was useless - paid $30 to move and watch someone (took 3 people) to change lock.
