Great family time. The parking can sometimes be difficult. This is our second year at kokomo and we love how family oriented it is. The staff is always helpful. Its so close to the beach and not overcrowded. Easy to get food and close to the grocery store and laundry mat. Price is affordable. All around enjoy it.

Great Close to ocean

Wonderful We did have an issue with our TV upon arrival, but that issue was quickly rectified, and there were no other issues for the rest of our stay. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable for our family of 5, and I feel like we got a good value for this room. The on site diner had good service and good food. We had an issue with our TV the first night, but the staff came and fixed it within a timely manner. Overall we are very pleased with our experience, and would recommend to others, and stay again.
Good The floors needed to be swept and moped it had gritty sand allover.i couldn't walk barefoot in the room.. I loved the location
