We had a great time, close to the beach and the room was spacious! The steps to the second floor were steep. There isn’t an ice machine. You have to go to the front desk to get tiny bags of ice. Our shower leaked the whole time so the bathroom floor was always soaked! We come to OCMD every year and this place had the most room for the money. It’s very close to the beach. The pool was very nice and clear and spacious. Workers were very friendly.
Business response:
Thank you for choosing Kokomo Suites for your annual Ocean City trip! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed our spacious rooms, convenient location near the beach, clear pool, and friendly staff. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the leaking shower during your stay—our maintenance team is inspecting and repairing it immediately. We hope to welcome you back again next year!
Over all, was satisfying The very steep steps getting up to second floor. Difficult for an older person. Very friendly staff. The woman cleaning our room was very nice and took care of our needs right away
Business response:
Dear Kathleen, Thank you for your review! We’re glad our housekeeping team took great care of you. We understand the stairs can be challenging, so for your next stay, please request a ground-floor room when booking so we can ensure easy access for you. We hope to welcome you back soon!

Perfect place for a beach vacation for the family! I liked the friendly staff and clean room and the big pool for the kids. Also the location is awesome right off the beach!
Business response:
Dear Emily, Thank you so much for the wonderful 10/10 rating and review! We are thrilled to hear that you and your family had a perfect beach vacation with us. It’s fantastic to know that your kids enjoyed the pool, and that our friendly team, clean accommodations, and beachside location made your stay memorable. We would love to welcome you and your family back to Kokomo Suites for another beach getaway soon! Warm regards, The Kokomo Suites Team
Nice enough stay. Beds were hard. Not enough hooks and shelves in the bathroom to put things on. Otherwise guests were partying into the night, though they weren't extremely loud. The pool looked amazing, though we weren't able to stay to swim. Loved the location and how spacious the rooms were. Appreciated the full sized fridge and kitchen.
Business response:
Dear Angela, Thank you for your feedback! We are thrilled you enjoyed our location, spacious rooms, and full kitchen. We appreciate your notes regarding bed firmness, bathroom shelving, and late-night noise, and we've shared them with our team for future improvements. Please remember our front desk is always available to help address any noise concerns during your stay. We hope to welcome you back soon—and that you get a chance to enjoy the pool next time! Best regards, Kokomo Suites Management
