Exceptional Pool was closed and I feel we should have been able to sit in the area but we were not permitted Staff nice.. Very clean love location The staff was so helpful all were so nice Anna Mehaila and Iulia were so pleasant ( sorry if spelling was wrong) Can't wait to be back in August with our granddaughter!!!

It was a nice place to stay with a family and kids. Quick walk to the beach, close to a convenient store for any additio Bathroom door you had to slam to get it to shut, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, internet was terrible. Kept saying no internet connection for tv and my phone It’s a close walk to the beach. Large pool, fit my family, loved the bathroom mirror

Exceptional Love the Kokomo we have stayed here for 8 years and love it. The staff is friendly and helpful, the motel is clean and kept up, ½ block to the beach, great big pool and pool deck. Bus stop is right outside the motel. A lot of parking. Full size fridges are awesome.

Excellent location at affordable price. No ice machine for guests. Great location to beach, easy and short watch. Pool is large and handles many people.
