It was a nice short stay but definitely not a fan about the bug situation. Lots of bugs outside and some inside the unit. And the AC barely cooled the room down. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor with every use. Location was great. There was a diner that was right on the corner attached. The food was good.
Business response:
Dear June, Thank you for reviewing your stay and for the kind words about our location and restaurant! We are very sorry to hear about the bugs, the AC performance, and the bathroom leak. We have shared your feedback directly with our maintenance and pest control staff to ensure all three issues are resolved right away. Thank you for helping us improve, and we hope to provide a much smoother experience on your next visit.
I would stay again. No elevator Small area to clean off from the beach Staff was kind and property was always cleaned. The pool was very large and spacious. The restaurant next to the hotel was amazing.
Business response:
Option 1: Warm & Balanced Hi Tiffany, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed our spacious pool, found our staff friendly, and had a great meal at the restaurant next door. We are also looking into ways we can improve our beach clean-... read more

Good by me! I absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pool was great! The balcony was cool! We were accommodated nicely next door to my sister! The room was spacious. The bathroom does need somewhere to place your clothes and toiletries but the rooms were practically new! Thank you! So far the best stay from our previous 3
Business response:

Great time minus the jellyfish!! How step the stairs were to get up and down to the different floors. The location was great! It was in walking distance to the beach and it was also in good walking distance to several attractions and local resturants.
Business response:
Thank you for your feedback and review! We’re glad you enjoyed our prime location near the beach and local spots. We hope you had a great trip overall and look forward to welcoming you back!
