We Loved Kokomo! Everything was pretty great. If you don't like walking stairs, this may not be the place for you, there is no elevator. But only 3 floors, walking up and down isn't that bad. The staff was great very helpful. They were always cleaning and fixing anything that was broken. They did a great job cleaning the pool every morning. The whole place was well maintained. Exceptional
Nice stay. The parking wasn't the greatest, the lot is small. The pool closes early and as we were only there one night we missed the 8pm timeframe and were unable to use the pool. I wish the hours were to dusk like other hotels in the area because we stay out late. The balcony door looking out over the pool didn't latch properly so because of that our room didn't get very cool inside. It was sort of muggy in there. The staff was wonderful, the room was very clean and the bathroom was updated. Close to the beach.

Really clean and good pricing, good distance from the boardwalk and the beach. there was only one beach shower close to the beach and everything else, was super clean as well

Pay more to stay elsewhere Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable . The pictures make it look nicer than it is. It looks dated and the patio was filthy but it was cheap so you get what you pay for , lesson learned. One clean towel had hair all imbedded in . Pool was large. Employees seem friendly .
Very nice, would definitely book again No elevators I loved the big pool, the rooms were exactly like the pictures online, clean, and right by the ocean
