I went in just to see what my options were for my 2015 Q50 and walked out with a new 2018 Q50. The service and sales team (Harley) were great! This is my second Q50 and both were purchased at JBA. The JBA dealership is very professional and I always feel valued as a customer when I visit this dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership is you are looking for an Infiniti.
My wife and I purchased a new QX60 from JBA. Great service and great people. I was shopping and had received quotes from a lot of dealers, not only was their price the lowest but they had the car in stock and their sales team is just amazing. They took care of us and I felt that they went far and beyond. I love the free car washes, have already gotten my car washed twice and I love it. Definitely consider them on the next one.
I leased a new Q50 from JBA and this was the best experience I have ever had. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life, not only was their sales department extremely professionals, their service department is amazing too. They really care about taking care of their customers. Definitely recommend.

Im always greeted with the warmest attitudes even the salesman Harley still checks on me and makes sure my car is in top shape I have referred so many of my co workers from Johns Hopkins to him and they RAVE over how respectful and knowledgeable he is at his job..This is the dealership to go to if you want a car that will last and people who will take care of you
