As always, the service Dept. Is professional, accommodating and pleasant while helping me decide what service work to perform. If I could give them all 10 stars I would! In my opinion the quality of work and timeliness is a reflection of the service leadership by Doug De La Cuesta, Chelsea Gerlak and service writers like Matt Stanley!!

Appointment was kept and on time, and the tech listened to my concerns/answered my questions. I was sent an automated report with additional items required, but I did not get an explanation. I used to get a friendly follow up call saying the truck was ready and if there are additional recommendations.
While I do find the quality of service and repair to be satisfactory, the wait time is often much longer than estimated. While I used to solely utilize the Findlay Toyota service department for repairs and routine maintenance, it seems beginning about 2-3 years ago additional service is ALWAYS recommended which winds up costing nearly $1K over my initial estimate. Because of these issues I have recently sought out other options for routine maintenance.
