I purchased my Landcruiser from this dealership back in 2003. It was brand new. Ever since then, I have always brought the vehicle here for service. The work they do is always top notch. I appreciate the folks at Findlay aloe. My car still runs like new and it is 20 years old about to turn 21 in November.
I have been going to this dealership for quite some time I I was met with Tim and we talked about the vehicle and all my concerns were discussed and recommend recommendations or made took a little while to get to work done must been a busy day I recommend them fully at this time
Yesterday, I bought my third new car over the years (well 14 years) from Findlay Toyota and once again it was a great experience. Our sales rep was Rich Runion who had previously been our service rep. He was great as always.
Been here for the first for my 2022 4Runner Oil change, staff were very nice, quick and very professional, especially Mr Gerard Benavente, a Service Advisor, he’ s the one who took care of me, he explain everything in detail, they had an itemized report on my vehicle on what has to done and what are still okay, unlike others, they gonna scam you, I highly recommend Findlay Toyota Henderson, I’ll keep coming here for my future maintainance…not a long wait, unlike others, will take you few hours to be done.
The alternator in my 2011 Camry died after more than 192,000 miles, causing the vehicle to be towed to Findlay Toyota. Steven Chapman was great, kept me informed, and actually got the car back to me earlier than originally estimated.
The service was very good. Jason was super nice and helpful. Owning the Toyota has been great so far.
