The wait was very long (3 hours) for an oil change even with an appointment. My husband is handicapped and it would have been nice to have had quicker service. Jordon our service provider was excellent. We understood it was not his fault. They were really busy. At the end the work was excellent.
ALWAYS outstanding customer service with Matt Stanley. We've bought many cars at Findlay Auto and have worked with Matt for years. He's honest, thorough, explains everything in lay terms and helps us realistically plan ahead with our maintenance.
My cars are not museum pieces but I'm OCD about them. They are very thorough and explain everything. They always always use Toyota OEM parts ( I hate after market) and they treat my dog Sable like gold. You also have a great customer base because they're nice to my dog, too. My only complaint is people who make appointments should take priority. I make appointments to get in and ou. I just moved here to Henderson and have nobody to pick me up. Finley has been quick to my calls and gets me in most times on the day if I call early
My Camry Hybrid battery needed replacement. I couldn’t take my car to get a new factory battery installed. The service representative Vincent took fantastic care of me. He understood my inability to come in and proceeded to accommodate me by scheduling an appointment to have a technician come to my home to install a new battery.
