Ethan Plott was exceptional in my recent service on January 2nd. He texted me at 6:40 am to let me know they were going to start looking at my Venza. He texted and called me personally during the day to keep me updated. At the end of the day, he made me very happy with the outcome of my service.
Way over priced on service fees and charges and parts. I felt totally ripped off and will NEVER be bringing my truck back there for a quote or any service at all. Complete rip off for servuce and parts.
