Professional, very courteous, explained everything very clearly, completed work earlier than I expected, very organized
I arrived around 5:30pm on a Friday evening with my ac blowing hot, hybrid failure message, ruptured fuel pump and other error messages. My Venza was taken in right away and my service advisor (Kevin) called an Uber to take me home (free of charge). The following day I provided my extended warranty info and all repairs were completed the same day. Very good experience! Kevin was awesome to work with.

Will kept me appropriately informed about the status of finding a replacement tire for my Crown Signia, that unfortunately the dealership does not keep in stock. He was also prompt about tracking down the needed tire and advising that my road hazard warranty covered the replacement.
