The recent experience at the dealership was okay. Not completely satisfied with the service. There was a software update for the audio system. That software update did not work. I still have the same issue , of the audio system not wanting to boot up right away. This is very frustrating, for a 30k vehicle that is only 2 years old. My next car will probably not be a Toyota. Phill Crabtree was a nice fellow, my problem was not with him personally. My issue is the Toyota factory radio is awful.
My recent visit to Toyota was an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was fantastic. Ethan took the initiative to explain everything to me. I absolutely love my Toyota; its longevity is unmatched. Thank you
