customer service rep was a great help in helping get the service completed on the trucks Tunneau cover
Knew what they were doing and did a fantastic job from the service person to the mechanic. While I was waiting I had a great cup of coffee. He gave me a time and it was ready when he said it would be ready
Vince greeted us friendly very knowledgeable in setting up our Bluetooth in our car. Oil change and tire rotation done in an hour Supreme service. There’s a reason Finley is #1 dealer in Las Vegas!!

I don’t have an appointment and they still accomodate me. The service staff was friendly and explained to me the services needed and how long it will take, in which surprisingly delivered my car before the expected time.

Everything was great until the person who drove my car to me got out the car. I spoke and he did not. When I got home I noticed the step of my vehicle was extremely dirty with oil and dirt. It looked like someone had dirty boots got in and out of my vehicle. I then understood why the guy didn’t want to look at me or speak. I will return to Findlays but will thoroughly look at my vehicle before leaving. It would have taken 2 minutes to wipe the area
