Findley Toyota is a pleasant place to experience. It's set up comfortable to wait for your car during service. If you want to leave, the shuttle service is convenient as well. The employees are very friendly and nice. The service is great! I have no complaints at all. 😁 Also, the Sales Reps will work to get you the BEST deal if you are wanting a trade and/or purchase a nice car.😉

It's the same as all dealerships I've dealt with. I hate being bombarded with salespeople as soon as I park my car. I hate sales pitches and bait and switch tactics. You advertise a car....I call to see if that car is available for a test drive and when I get there all of a sudden it has a recall and not available. I had to settle for another car from AZ.
