The important point here isn't that they got it right but the fact they owned up and made it right. I purchased a Rav 4 last week and the dealer prep guys didn't do the window tinting. Not only was it taken care of everyone was attentive and proactive Very impressive
My second car from this dealership! My first was a Toyota Corolla Hatchback, but sadly at only 3 years old it got totaled by a red light runner.
