I have been a customer for Findlay Toyota for the last 2 Dedades. For Sales, Parts and Services.
The dealership is comfortable and relaxing. I just wish that the sales people were more interested in making sure that the customer has the opportunity to look over the vehicle and feel comfortable in their purchase, i.e. able to afford it comfortably. Instead of only thinking of their commission and how fast they can get the deal done. It's pretty bad that I don't seem to be able to get an owners manual for my 2020 Tacoma from a Toyota dealership.

The vehicle I wanted at first was almost close to closing it out and then they came back and told me they couldn’t it sell it to me because there was a recall. So from an 800 monthly payment it almost doubled but I ended up with a newer vehicle Imstead. I also didn’t get a driver side floor mat. The other mats were there. I asked the salesman if I could get a mat for my driver side and told me yes he can. I had my truck for 4 months and nothing has ever came about it. It was very easy to schedule and get in for my 10000 mile service. My only negative was the service agent told me 1 hour and after 1 hour and 35 minutes and I had to check on my vehicle. He never checked on my vehicle until I asked about the delay and he never communicated with me.
Great customer service. Very clean and organize. Waiting are is awesome. Fast service with appointment.
