Just disappointed, they missed changing the sticker, reset the oil life and technician didnt clean oil residue around oil filter dripping old oil on my garage floor 😡
Did not try to up sale me…. Pointed out what could be done and did not pressure me to buying that. This is the biggest issue for me….. don’t upsale and don’t call me later and find “something”that is clearly an ub sale.
Jamie was great. Service went smooth. Waited about an hour. As expected. Bought further services from him.

More Training for the people who awswer the telephone I called to bring my car in to change my battery she gave me a 10:15 appointment when I got there there was no appointment schedule so I have to wait over 2 hours for a battery change other wise great service
Toyota is the only car i own and will ever own, people at Toyota are very nice and helpful.
It’s only my first time bringing my car in for service. But everyone at the dealership is very kind and very helpful.
