Great! Although the issues we had have yet to be resolved..... we really had a good experience at Findley Toyota! Mikaila was very helpful and followed through with everything just as she said she would! And believe me that was so refreshing in this crazy time in which we are living. If we are ever able to buy a new vehicle.....although Mikaila is not in sales it is because of her that we would purchase a Toyota she definitely represents TOYOTA in a positive way

Will was excellent and communicating with me on my services. I was out of town when my vehicle was getting work done but Will made sure it was ready before I got back into town.
Took too long for the whole service, would have understood but had an appointment. Tire balance and breach fluid flush should not take three hours!
