Working with Beatrix was great! She was very up front with what we could do and brought to the table options, lots of them. We have worked with salesforce who just want to push the sale, with Beatrix, she let us discuss amongst ourselves in private and checked in periodically to see how things were going. As of the past few trip to Findlay, Vince has assisted me with my truck needs, he's upfront, honest, and helpful with my service needs and always honest about his opinion, which I really appreciate these days. Getting my car fixed with things that didn't need to be fixed. He has my respect with that and always appreciate his honestly, he's a great asset for Findlay.
